Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry

RTS was appointed as the AV partner for the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry, delivering services across multiple hearing venues in London and throughout the UK. Hearings commenced with impact sessions in a temporary London venue, followed by regional hearings in Belfast, Cardiff, Glasgow and Leeds.

UK Covid-19 Inquiry

RTS was appointed as the AV partner for the UK Covid-19 Inquiry hearings, which began in June 2023 at the Inquiry’s hearing centre in Central London. The facility comprised a dedicated hearing room, staff offices, a public viewing room, and a separate press viewing area.

Meeting Room AV for a Film and Television Studio

RTS delivered a unified Cisco conferencing environment across seven meeting rooms at Warner Bros. Studios, with Zoom interoperability and bespoke media wall furniture designed and built around each space.

AV Upgrade for a London Headquarters

RTS designed and delivered a hybrid AV upgrade across 14 meeting, training, and boardroom spaces at International SOS’s London headquarters. Three distinct specifications were matched to room function, with installation phased around live operations and no rooms taken out of service.

Accessible IPTV for a Premium Care Home

RTS delivered IPTV and digital signage across 32 resident rooms and communal areas at KYN’s Hurlingham care home, as part of a new-build programme. The system was designed for accessibility, with simplified controls for residents and day-to-day management by on-site care staff.
