The RTS team successfully completed the Tough Mudder London West 2014 challenge on Saturday 26th April 2014 in 4 hours raising £897.78 for MacMillian Cancer Support.
Tough Mudder events are hardcore 12 mile-long obstacle courses designed by Special Forces to test all-around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie.
The gruelling course was spread over 12 miles of the Culden Faw estate near Henley on Thames covering thousands of acres with plenty of hills, valleys and fields with obstacles such as the infamous ‘Electro Shock Therapy‘ and the ‘Arctic Enema’.
Crossing the finishing line in 4 hours, the RTS team were greeted with the Tough Mudder Orange headband and finishers T-shirt and a well-deserved pint.
