RTS staff to be trained in first aid

RTS will be offering all staff “first aider” training during August 2012. The course is open to all employees and mandatory to operational staff. RTS is committed to the Health and Safety of personnel, clients and members of the general public.

By offering these potential “life-saving skills” we are dedicated to ensuring that our crews are both capable and have the required knowledge to deal with any eventualities that may occur in any aspects of daily life.

The course is run in house by an experienced member of the London Ambulance Service. The course is tailored to our needs and will prepare staff to “step up” should a location that we are working in not react quickly to an emergency.
