RTS provides on-site AV technicians who work on your premises as part of your operational team, handling daily meeting support, room readiness checks, user assistance and fault triage.
On-site teams coordinate with our remote helpdesk for issues requiring escalation or specialist intervention. Where new systems are introduced, on-site staff also deliver user training and adoption support.
This is a retained operational service, distinct from the event-day production teams provided through our Live Events offering.
