Some organisations require permanent or regular on-site AV support: to manage a busy meeting room estate, support visitor-facing spaces, or provide first-line fault resolution without waiting for external call-outs. RTS provides on-site AV technicians who work on your premises as part of your operational team, handling daily meeting support, room readiness checks, user assistance and fault triage.

ON-SITE, On-HAND.

On-site teams coordinate with our remote helpdesk for issues requiring escalation or specialist intervention. Where new systems are introduced, on-site staff also deliver user training and adoption support.

This is a retained operational service, distinct from the event-day production teams provided through our Live Events offering.
