Booking panels can show real-time status, allow ad-hoc reservations, and release rooms automatically when no-shows are detected. Where utilisation data is useful, we incorporate occupancy sensors that feed into reporting dashboards, giving estates and facilities teams evidence to support decisions about space allocation and investment. Systems work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and standalone booking platforms.
