Booking and utilisation

Room and desk booking integrated with AV to improve space visibility, availability and usage insights.

Book smart.

Flexible workplaces depend on visibility: knowing which spaces are available, how they are being used, and whether they suit the meeting type. RTS integrates room and desk booking systems with AV so that availability is shown at the door, on personal devices, and within your collaboration platform.

Make space, reduce waste.

Booking panels can show real-time status, allow ad-hoc reservations, and release rooms automatically when no-shows are detected. Where utilisation data is useful, we incorporate occupancy sensors that feed into reporting dashboards, giving estates and facilities teams evidence to support decisions about space allocation and investment. Systems work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and standalone booking platforms.

Why choose RTS.

Having a trusted partner is invaluable. Choosing RTS means combining decades of AV expertise with a relentless commitment to quality, flexibility, and results.

We were running a full day event in Leeds, and it was the first time I had done anything of that scale. RTS were incredibly helpful in ensuring the day was as smooth as possible – from the exact location where people would be mic’ed up, to working very late the night before doing a dry run of the following day’s event.

They were very accommodating given our tight budget, and ensured the essentials were there at a price we could afford, and the service and communication was consistent and professional.
