On-site technical management and broadcast-quality production for live events and proceedings.
This is event-day production capability: the teams, equipment and coordination needed to deliver live events from load-in through to de-rig. RTS provides on-site technical management throughout the event lifecycle, covering site surveys, production meetings, technical rehearsals and live delivery.
For events requiring broadcast-quality outputs, we deliver multi-camera production, lighting coordination and managed broadcast feeds suitable for press, media and archival use. Our production teams coordinate directly with venues, organisers and other suppliers to manage delivery risk and keep events on schedule.
This is distinct from the retained, routine AV support; for more information see On-Site support.

On 22 July 2014, the UK hosted the first Girl Summit, aimed at mobilising domestic and international efforts to end female genital mutilation (FGM) and child, early and forced marriage (CEFM) within a generation. UNICEF co-hosted the event.
Having a trusted partner is invaluable. Choosing RTS means combining decades of AV expertise with a relentless commitment to quality, flexibility, and results.
I had the pleasure of using RTS at No.11 Downing Street and was really impressed with how knowledgable they were about their business, the venue and able to make recommendations to improve technical support. We used them for our event at House of Lords and nothing was too much trouble. They are a great team to work with and it is reassuring to know that you are leaving something so important as technical support in extremely capable hands. I also really appreciated their understanding in working with our budgetary constraints that we have, being a charity. I have no hesitation in recommending them. They are true professionals.
We’d like to help you.
