Hybrid and fully remote participation is integrated as standard, with secure virtual access for witnesses, counsel and observers joining from other locations. Systems are built for extended sitting periods, with redundancy and contingency designed in where the sensitivity of proceedings requires it.

RTS was appointed as the AV partner for the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry, delivering services across multiple hearing venues in London and throughout the UK. Hearings commenced with impact sessions in a temporary London venue, followed by regional hearings in Belfast, Cardiff, Glasgow and Leeds.
