RTS supports conferences, working sessions and public-facing events where AV reliability and coordination are essential. Every event is planned in advance through site surveys, technical specifications and production meetings, so requirements are understood and risks identified before the day.

On site, our technical teams manage setup, rehearsals and live delivery across single or multi-room environments, coordinating between event organisers, venue staff and technical crew. We work across a range of formats (plenary sessions, panel discussions, breakout workshops, receptions and awards ceremonies) and scale the team to match the event’s complexity.

On the 19th July 2014, the UK government hosted #YouthforChange, an event developed by young people for young people to ignite action around girls’ rights and strengthen young people as leaders of the future.
