On site, our technical teams manage setup, rehearsals and live delivery across single or multi-room environments, coordinating between event organisers, venue staff and technical crew. We work across a range of formats (plenary sessions, panel discussions, breakout workshops, receptions and awards ceremonies) and scale the team to match the event’s complexity.

RTS supported the Arab Women’s Summit with full in-room AV and live broadcast delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for a panel of high-profile speakers. A three-camera PTZ setup, wireless microphones and multiple 4K displays enabled clear engagement for both in-room and remote audiences across multiple sessions.
