Recordings are managed with chain-of-custody controls, and we support live transcription during hearings and post-session processing for official record production and archiving.
All systems are configured with the understanding that inquiry records may be subject to legal challenge, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, or public scrutiny.

RTS was appointed as the AV partner for the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry, delivering services across multiple hearing venues in London and throughout the UK. Hearings commenced with impact sessions in a temporary London venue, followed by regional hearings in Belfast, Cardiff, Glasgow and Leeds.
