The Challenge
Clear communication across six different languages for all in room and remote participants. All attendees required a clear line of sight of all participants and presentation.
The Solution
To enhance the meeting experience, we deployed an integrated multimedia and conferencing solution centred on the Televic UniCOS platform. Each seating position was equipped with a dedicated touchscreen unit, providing participants with high-definition video of remote speakers and presentation materials directly at their fingertips.
To ensure seamless bi-directional communication, we installed an array of cameras positioned through out the room cover all in room speakers. This setup allows remote attendees to clearly identify and engage with active speakers in the room, fostering a more inclusive and natural dialogue.
Furthermore, we integrated a Simultaneous Remote Interpretation system. By moving the interpretation booths to a remote location, we significantly reduced the physical footprint and equipment noise within the meeting space. Attendees can now easily select their preferred language, ensuring effortless access to multilingual support without the logistical burden of traditional in-room translation setups.
