Managed media access, press facilities and public viewing for inquiry proceedings.
Public inquiries frequently operate under significant media and public interest, requiring carefully managed AV provision for press, broadcast and public observers. RTS provides media feeds, dedicated press rooms and overspill viewing areas, designed to give appropriate access to proceedings without disrupting the hearing.
Audio and video feeds are managed centrally and distributed to media positions, press rooms and viewing areas as required. We work with the inquiry’s communications team to ensure media provision meets both operational needs and any restrictions on broadcast or recording.
Inquiry media provision is governed by the inquiry’s own protocols and legal framework; for event-scale broadcast production see Live Events | Production
