The Client
Warner Bros. Studios is a major film and television production facility in the UK. Meeting and collaboration spaces across the site support production teams, corporate functions, and visitor-facing meetings where the quality of the environment reflects the brand.
The Challenge
Warner Bros. Studios needed a consistent, professionally finished collaboration environment across seven meeting rooms, with reliable video conferencing on both Cisco and Zoom and a look and feel that reflected the quality of the brand.
The Solution
RTS designed a unified room platform built around the client’s existing Cisco UC environment, with Zoom supported via Cloud Room Connector for external participants. Cisco conferencing hardware was scaled by room size, with ceiling-mounted beamforming microphones for consistent audio capture and commercial displays from a single product family across all seven rooms.
The AV solution was coordinated from the outset with bespoke media walls designed and manufactured by Design-Led, purpose-built around each room’s layout with cable concealment, ventilation, and a custom colour finish matched to the interior design. The project was delivered as a single programme covering both AV integration and room fit-out, giving the client one point of accountability.
RTS is Warner Bros. Studios’ preferred AV integrator and has delivered further projects for the studio both before and since this engagement.
