Summary
RTS supported a multi-day, multi-room conference featuring presentations, panel discussions and recorded sessions. We were entrusted to supply and operate cameras, screens, microphones and lighting across four rooms, with HD recordings of every session made available for those unable to attend all days.
Following the conference, RTS delivered AV support for the client’s awards celebration on Brighton Pier, including live performance and DJ setups. Working closely with the client to meet tight deadlines and quick turnarounds, we’re pleased to say the event was a great success over all three days.

We faced a few challenges along the way, but I’m delighted to say that AV was not one of them. Kav was an absolute star—polite, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout. While Kav was our main point of contact, every interaction we had with the wider team was equally positive. They were calm, capable, and exactly where they needed to be at all times.
Despite my repeated attempts to offer them food and drink, they were so low maintenance it was like they weren’t there—except everything ran flawlessly, which says it all.
