The Client

International SOS is a global medical and security assistance provider, operating from a London headquarters where meeting rooms, training spaces, and a boardroom support day-to-day operations across international time zones.

The Challenge

International SOS needed to bring its London headquarters meeting rooms up to current hybrid working standards, with reliable video conferencing on both Microsoft Teams and Zoom across a range of room types and sizes, fromsmall meeting rooms to training spaces and a dividable boardroom.

The Solution

RTS designed three distinct specifications matched to room function rather than applying a single standard across all 14 spaces. Meeting rooms received a simple, self-serviceconfiguration with a commercial display, USB soundbar, and direct laptop connectivity. Training rooms were equipped for hybrid teaching with dual displays, presenter-tracking cameras, and ceiling microphone arrays. The boardroom was configured as a nativeMicrosoft Teams Room with BYOD retained for external guests, consolidated onto a single processing platform to reduce the component count.

The entire project was delivered by RTS as a single integrator with no subcontractors, phased around live operationswith no rooms taken out of service. Video distribution runs over a dedicated AV network, isolated from the corporate LAN.

International SOS subsequently engaged RTS for an ongoing maintenance contract and has since returned for further AV work beyond the original project scope.
